Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 ('KVKK'), Antema Yapı (Antema İnşaat) acts as the data controller. Protecting the security, confidentiality, and lawful processing of your personal data is our primary responsibility.

Through the contact and pre-registration forms on our website, the following is collected digitally on your own declaration: name, email address, phone number, land/location data, your preferred home type, your meeting attendance preference, your message, and the union-membership declaration on the pre-registration form.

If you answer “Yes” to “Are you a union member?” on the pre-registration form, your union-membership declaration is processed as special-category personal data under Article 6 of the KVKK. It is processed only on your explicit consent and only for assessing the allocation; you may withdraw your consent at any time. If you do not give explicit consent, an application with the “Yes” option cannot be completed.

Collected personal data is processed solely for evaluating housing and project enquiries, providing information regarding pre-sales, quotas, and launch processes, conducting pre-contractual discussions, and fulfilling legal obligations.

Your data is processed under Article 5(2)(c) ('Processing is necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract') and Article 5(2)(f) ('Processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm fundamental rights and freedoms') of Law no. 6698. For the union-membership declaration, the legal basis is the data subject’s explicit consent under Article 6(2) of the KVKK.

Collected data is never transferred, leased, or sold to third parties for commercial, advertising, or marketing purposes. It may only be transferred to competent judicial and administrative authorities upon formal legal request as required by law.

This website uses no third-party tracking cookies, profiling mechanisms, or advertising pixels. Only essential technical state and language preferences are held locally. Consequently, no intrusive cookie consent popups are displayed.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, data subjects have the right to learn whether personal data is processed, request information if processed, learn the purpose of processing, request correction of incomplete/inaccurate data, and request deletion or destruction.

You may submit your requests regarding your statutory rights in accordance with the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures for the Request to Data Controller, in writing to our headquarters (Güzeltepe, Sedat Simavi Sk. No:42/6, 06690 Çankaya/Ankara). Applications will be finalized free of charge within 30 days.
